These Payout Terms govern how Hosts receive funds earned through bookings made on Woothomes. They apply in addition to, and should be read together with, our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
By listing a property, offering a service, or otherwise becoming eligible to receive payouts on Woothomes (each, a "Host"), you agree to these Payout Terms in addition to our general Terms & Conditions.
A transfer of Host earnings from Woothomes to a Host's chosen Payout Method, net of any applicable Platform Fees, taxes, and deductions.
A bank account, mobile money wallet, or other disbursement channel supported by Woothomes and added by a Host to receive Payouts.
The recurring schedule on which eligible earnings are released for Payout, as described in Section 4.
A temporary retention of some or all of a Host's earnings, applied under Section 7, before those funds become eligible for Payout.
Hosts may add one or more supported Payout Methods from their Payout Settings page. The specific methods offered (for example, bank transfer or mobile money) may vary over time and are shown to each Host in their account. Woothomes reserves the right to add, remove, or temporarily disable a Payout Method at its discretion, including where a method cannot be supported for regulatory, banking-partner, or fraud-prevention reasons.
Eligible earnings become available for withdrawal [TBD — e.g. X days after guest check-in / on a weekly cycle]. Once a withdrawal is requested, funds are typically received within [TBD] business days, depending on the Payout Method and the receiving bank or mobile money provider.
Woothomes deducts a Platform Fee from Host earnings before Payout. The current fee structure is shown to Hosts before a booking is confirmed and in the Host earnings dashboard.
Where a booking is cancelled, refunded, or successfully disputed by a Guest after a Payout has already been made to a Host, Woothomes may:
Refund eligibility, security-deposit handling, and property-damage claims between Guests and Hosts are further addressed in our general Terms & Conditions.
Woothomes may place a Reserve on, delay, or suspend a Host's Payouts where reasonably necessary to investigate a fraud report, chargeback, guest complaint, security-deposit or property-damage claim, suspected policy violation, or a legal or regulatory requirement. Where possible, Woothomes will notify the Host of the reason for the hold and next steps.
If Woothomes pays a Host in error, or in an amount greater than what was actually owed, Woothomes may recover the overpaid amount by deducting it from future earnings, requesting direct repayment, or offsetting it against any other amounts owed to the Host.
Woothomes is not liable for delays or failures in Payout processing caused by a Host's bank, mobile money provider, incorrect account details, or circumstances outside Woothomes' reasonable control (including banking-network outages or regulatory action).
Woothomes may suspend or terminate a Host's access to Payouts if the Host violates these Payout Terms, our general Terms & Conditions, or applicable law. Where a Host's account is closed in good standing, any remaining verified balance will be paid out to a verified Payout Method, less any outstanding fees, Reserves, or deductions owed.
We may update these Payout Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in fees, payout schedules, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated to Hosts before they take effect where reasonably possible. Continued use of Payout features after a change takes effect means the Host accepts the updated terms.
These Payout Terms work together with our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
